I had originally come to Rochelle, thinking I only wanted Reiki, but gained a lot from her holistic approach of also using crystals, moonology and oracle cards. She is such an authentic ray of light. Her caring, friendly demeanor makes you feel comfortable and safe in her presence. She allows you to be your most vulnerable self. Rochelle senses what you need and helps you get out the things that you internalize. Both the space, and her way of working, are warm and calming as well as professional and down to earth - which works really well for me. I have found the Reiki healing to be very effective. 

She also gives great tips on what to do after the session to maximize its benefits, and checks in the next day to see how you are.

I did some online research and came across Rochelle after my therapist suggested I find a Reiki practitioner and access Reiki as a complimentary treatment. I had no expectations and figured it was worth looking in to. 

Fast forward a few months and some repeat sessions and I feel like I am in an entirely different place and mindset. My Reiki sessions have helped me to look inwards, slow down and have also helped in moving unwanted anxiety/energy build up.
