Techniques include hand positions for self-treatment and treatment of others

Through this level students initiated into the reiki energy through 4 different attunements within the two day workshop.

In this Level 1 Reiki course, you will explore:

- The history and lineage of Reiki

- The fundamentals of Reiki and its mechanisms

- Understanding illness and the healing process

- The flow of energy and the chakra system

- Performing Reiki treatments

- One-on-one Reiki sessions

- Self-healing techniques

The course is conducted over two full days on a weekend, with students receiving a comprehensive manual and a certificate upon completion.
